    Absolutely rude staff, older lady rudely told me and my brother to get out after browsing for maybe 20 minutes, not offering any help or answering many questions. Happily went to Leon's and made a purchase with much nicer staff.

    Delivery of our washing machine was delayed by 2 weeks (still waiting), and we didn't get a courtesy call to advise us of this. They tried to offer another washing machine in stock which was of lesser quality, but offered at the same price as our original purchase!!! Appalling.

    Horrible customer service. Tried to tell me I couldn't use the coupons I purchased for specifically that store only. Also I bought the best warranty they offered for my couch and they gave me nothing but a hard time using it when my couch ripped. (Didn't even get to use the warranty)

    Great experience. All the staff was polite and helpful NOT pushy at all. My sales rep explained Everything to me including the "hidden" fine print. Highly recommend. Ask for Chris he was an honest sales man and deserves your business.
