  Service is very helpful to answer questions and get in for a short notice oil change and tire rotation appointment. We waited at the dealership for the service. At completion of service the writer went over the paper work. I asked if the tires were rotated and was told the locks on the wheels prevented them from rotating the tires. I said the key was in the glove box and I was told the don't dig. I guess they don't ask either. Last after signing for the service we asked were the truck is located. Lots of pointing to the door saying it is somewhere out there. Please start asking for wheel lock keys and parking cars and trucks in a convinent place after service. Staff could be awesome with a process.

  Started taking my vehicle here as I bought a Chevy last April. First couple oil changes were fine. Booked an 8am oil change, I go to pick it up at 9am they say they have not done it yet. I asked why since I booked for 8am, I was told oh well no one picks up their car right away for 8am, I book these on my day off when I have a million errands to run, they shuttled me to where I needed to go and picked me up FINE I am told I need recall work done so I book for 2 weeks a Monday and then at the same time book my husbands car for an oil change. We dropped off my husbands the night before, show up at 9am to find they did not have his done, excuse was we couldn't find the keys, well he found them right away now. They didn't have rental booked for my recall work, thank goodness Enterprise did have one. When I asked how they can just not do oil changes at the times I booked the woman at the desk wouldn't even listen the man said it wasn't me. Your customer service is non existent what a sorry excuse for a service team. You need to own up for your mistakes I took my car there on time and when I book at 8 am I except to have it in and serviced at 8am. LOST my business for life for both vehicles. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but here to have your Chevy serviced.
