    Employees are rude and righteous. Every single time I go into this bank I stand in line for way to long because they only have one cashier working. After the experience I had in there today I have contacted the district manager and will never step foot in BMO again. I will take my banking else where.

    Don't try and call the bank.. You can't get in touch with ANYONE human unless you know the name of someone who works there... You have to leave your number and they'll allegedly call back before the end of the day. Pathetic!

    Plain and simply, the hours are ridiculous. On most days during the week it closes at 4:00. Every is at work or school; how is anyone supposed to go to their own bank with those hours?
