    The staff at this Marks went above & beyond! Purchased almost $200 the day before a massive sale at another Marks in another city and the staff there conveniently neglected to mention that I could save 20% on everything by coming back the next day. Stopped in the Simcoe location to shop, discovered this sale, mentioned my dismay of overpaying, and the girls here were gracious and adjusted the bill to refund the difference. Super friendly, helpful, gracious, excellent customer service all around!

    While the staff at the store was friendly and helpful I do not agree with marks return policy as they told me I couldn't return the $240 coat I bought because it was after 100 day warranty from 3 out of 5 snaps broke within 2 winter's, I will never buy anything from there again.
